US domestic shipping

Shipping is FREE on orders over 100 USD. (Use code OVER100)

For orders under 100 USD, shipping is 18 USD. If you need expedient shipping please contact us before placing the order. Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 4 business weeks for your order to be shipped. Most pieces are still hand made in our Brooklyn studio.

International shipping

International orders do not qualify for free shipping. We offer international shipping, prices vary on a country to country basis. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer expedited services for international orders.

Returns

Zero Return Policy

At this time, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if part of you bag breaks we may be able to fix or replace it. Please refer to our warranty for more information.
