Victory Project USA L.L.C. offers a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing and material defects for select items/components, depending on each individual product, purchased from authorized Victory Project USA L.L.C. resellers. Please note that our warranty coverage does have some limitations. For details, be sure to carefully read the terms and conditions of our warranty policy.

Please allow 5 business days for us to review your claim. We will contact you to request additional information, photos or proof of purchase. Claims without a receipt or www.victoryprojectusa.com order number will not be processed.

General Guidelines for Warranty:

• Warranty for products require a proof of purchase.

• Warranty is only valid on purchases made from www.victoryprojectusa.com, a pop-up or an authorized reseller.

• You will need keep possession of your product until you receive confirmation that from us that your warranty claim has been completed.

• Products from our Main Line are eligible for warranty.

• Products from our Recycled Line are not eligible for warranty. Components that are not made of recycled materials from products from our Recycled Line are not eligible for warranty. Components that are not made of recycled materials are eligible for warranty. Please contact us and we will rule on an individual basis.

• Products worn past the point of repair voids warranty coverage.

• You are responsible for the cost of shipping approved repairs to our facility

• Victory Project USA is not responsible for any cost or damages incurred doe to the loss or use of the product.

• All Victory Project USA warranty decisions are final.

• By submitting a warranty claim you agree to these terms.

Examples of What is Not Covered by Warranty:

• Any component made from recycled materials.

• Damage that is a result of misuse, reasonable wear and tear, accident or storage.

• Reasonable wear and tear such as rips tears, peels, fraying and fading.

• Worn stitching dues to reasonable wear and tear.

• Zippers that have broken due to misuse, reasonable wear and tear or accident.

• Rusted buckles/closures and issues with straps due to rusted buckles/closures.

• Modified products.

• Improper fit or comfort. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured before purchasing the product.
